On June 1, 2015 the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta granted an Order placing Southern Pacific Resource Corp. et all in Receivership.  The Court appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver").  For a copy of the Order, filed application materials and other related information, please click the link below for the Receiver's website.
