Trump is an example of a dystopian president of a dystopian government.

Any ideas?

1.) Lethal force is not  an option.  Preferably the force should cause no harm.  This dystopian government/court system even makes illegal touching of a police officer a felony.

2.) Thoughts and prayers are not adequate.

3.) Anarchy is not adequate.

I apologize for my long absence.  Will post daily from now on.

Your comments are very welcome.

A Good Moral Code

I worship principles, but rarely groups – even groups that profess to follow the principles I embrace.

  • Love thy neighbor.
  • Turn the other cheek.
  • Cause no harm.
  • Commit no homicide for any reason.
  • Steal not from moral people or if you may get caught.
  • Cause no harm – especially to moral people or if you may suffer.
  • Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
  • Avoid the use of logical fallacies.
  • Do not bear false witness.
  • Do not punish.
  • Do not be judge, jury and executioner.
  • Do not encourage or support those breaking these principles. Love yes, but support reluctantly if at all.
  • Advocate and sacrifice for those supporting these principles.
  • Speak in a way that all must agree is true.
  • Make sources visible.
  • Be polite to all.
  • Don’t waste time on those seeking to waste your time.
  • Stay healthy.
  • Pick your battles wisely.
  • Build alliances with those in agreement with these principles.
  • Don’t make unnecessary enemies.
  • Don’t enable evil.
  • Support restitution.
  • Support fairness.
  • Support minimal prophylaxis.
  • Don’t escalate force or maximize harm.
  • The best defense is good morality and fairness to all.
  • The best defense is not unfettered aggression.
  • Nice guys are supposed to finish first.  Make it so.  Nice guys will reward you.

Steps to Building a New Government

Steps to building a new government:

  1. Requirements for the constitution.
    • It is the duty of government to protect the rights of the people as enumerated within.
    • It is the duty of the government to protect the citizens from harm from other countries or individuals.
    • It is the duty of the government to provide a judicial system that adjudicates for restitution and prophylaxis with fact and adherence to the enumeration of the right of citizens.
    • It is the responsibility of government to protect the rights of all the citizens equally without bias or prejudice with regard to sex, race, color or creed.
    • It is the responsibility of government to protect the allocation of resources so that every group has sufficient resources to insure their enumerated rights. All have the right to vote for basic rights and minimum resources
    • It is the responsibility of the government to create an economic system whereby those with wealth pay the taxes in a fair manner. These taxes on the wealthy are accompanied by additional voting privileges.
    • It is the responsibility of government to create a system of voting that will not minimize the rights of the poor and will not trivialize the potential rewards to the investor, hard worker and capable. People should not vote for vested interests, or deceivers. Government should not be run by the majority rule of idiots, people of low morality, people with very average IQs or people of wealth.
    • It is the responsibility of government to allow no harm to any citizen and to protect some reward for the investor, the hard worker, the productive the able, the polite, and the cheerful.
    • It is the responsibility of government to catalogue and investigate complaints of prejudice, harm, government malfeasance, deceitfulness, untruths and injury caused by government, the courts and big business.
  2. Enumeration of Rights
  3. Structure of Government
    • Tax policy
    • Judicial policy
    • Legislative policy
    • Voting

The new Utopian City-state does not have to be geographically contiguous.

What is the Utopian Formula?

Government is rule by force, death, taxes, punishment and threatened death.

Religion is the attempt to rule by compassion, empathy, education and a perfect authority (god).

Science is the logical methodology of dealing with fact, truth and data.

Utopia is the attempt to blend government, religion and science into a more viable paradigm.

Cause No Harm Constitutional Convention

A constitutional convention must be convened to establish “Cause No Harm” (the principle of doctors and their oath) as the basis for law and the constitution. Another way of expressing the purpose of the constitution is to “Protect Life, Liberty and the Pursuits of Happiness”.  The constitution should be designed to protect the Natural rights of the people to oxygen, water, food, shelter, reproduction, ownership, etc.

Currently a new coalition of the NRA, the KKK, and the police has arisen that compares with the Nazi party of pre WWII Germany. People of these groups are free to murder with guns without fear of reprisal or punishment. If the police merely say that they suspected that their victim was guilty, then they have the right to kill the suspect (proven by recent ‘Grand Jury’ decisions). They are also free to be bigoted, free to commit libel, and free to harass.

History teaches the result of inaction.

Explaination of Why Ferguson Execution was ‘Legal’

Police can’t be indicted for killing a child. By contrast teachers are not allowed to show any kind of physical force on any child. They are not allowed to hurt a child in any way emotionally or physically through rough behavior such as yelling, demeaning, touching roughly, grabbing, cuffing , and by all means, not dragging. Teachers taught Michael Brown for thirteen years.  A cop who knew the teenager only a couple of minutes thought he had to kill the boy.  The cop wasn’t even indicted for what would have been murder one for most. Teachers are heroes. Cops are thugs.

See the video about the insane laws that protect our ‘brave’ police officers from being indicted for homicide:  Vox Video Explaining Laws

The gist is that we, in this country, allow police executions. It doesn’t matter if the police made mistakes, they have the right to kill. Americans 4th and 5th amendments are ignored in that those amendments were designed and intended to protect the people from the police. The amendments have been perverted to only protect the police from prosecution if they kill intentionally or make a “mistake”.

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Supreme Court and other courts have perverted Amendment IV to mean that  if the police officer in a split second only says he thought the suspect is a threat,  and is in a reasonable state of mind, he can execute him/her without a warrant or good cause.

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment V has been perverted to mean that the police may deprive a person of life without due process.  Our government is in treason, not legally as defined in the constitution, but the word imports a betraying, treachery, or breach of allegiance.

My hatred of police brutality started with my own police brutality case precipitated by a court that forgot to discharge a traffic violation. It has nothing to do with race, I just feel grateful to the people that support my favorite cause. I just don’t like police brutality especially when it’s coupled with false charges, malicious arrests, improper use of force, police lies, bad laws and ignorance that never goes away.

The ignorant don’t know the ways that the police make it seem like someone is resisting arrest, or how they entice a person to touch a police officer, or how an “unwanted touching of a police officer” is a felony, or how the police can mangle a police report and testimony to confuse everybody, or how the police can elicit false statements and testimony, or how many arrests the police make each year, how many are cover-ups, how the police plant evidence, how the police manipulate DNA ‘evidence’, how the police plant weapons, or why they do what they do.

The worst people of all pretend to know these things and thus spew false testimony. These are deceivers and in numbers, they are the great deceivers. An ignorant majority is a great deceiver, not Satan or Lucifer. Or, perhaps they are…

When psychopathic, paranoid police with homicidal inclinations are declared ‘law abiding’, it is time to examine and redesign the judicial system, the grand jury system, police training and the laws.

Lockean Rights

Lockean rights: Each person has the right to do whatever she chooses with whatever she legitimately owns so long as she does not violate the rights of others not to be harmed in certain ways—by force, fraud, coercion, theft, or infliction of damage on person or property. Each person has the right not to be harmed by others in the mentioned ways, unless she voluntarily waives any of her rights or voluntarily transfers them to another or forfeits them by misconduct. Also, each adult person is the full rightful owner of herself and each child person has the right to be nurtured to adult status by those responsible for her creation. It is generally supposed in the Lockean tradition that they start from the premise of self-ownership.

Source

In all Utopian justice systems people are considered to own themselves. Others cannot damage or control their bodies. They likewise cannot damage or control the bodies of others. High tech means to identify and capture a psychopath are preferred to teaching members of society or government to behave themselves in the manner of a psychopath. Acting like a psychopath towards a psychopath is not justified or permitted. Homicide is not legal for the state, the citizens or outsiders.

Euthanasia, however, is permitted. So if a person really wishes to be euthanized and has been warned by people that have been authorized by a judge, he should not switch off the safety on his gun. It seems like a small thing, but stupid people should not, by themselves, make the decision to commit homicide for any reason. Euthanasia is authorized by a judge and requires that the person to be euthanized submit voluntarily by threatening the life of another and by not surrendering his weapon when asked.

There should be a means of electronically disabling weapons in schools and public places. Guns should ping a cellular tower so that their location can be followed. Multi-shot weapons should not be licensed. People should have an identifying chip so that they can be found by the police if they cause another significant harm (it’s better than shooting them if they run)! Guns should be disabled if they are not held by the owner (the police and others should not have to shoot someone because they feel their gun may be taken away).

Long term survival of the human race is dubious

Some of the people are crazy all of the time, but not all of the people are crazy all of the time.

Some of the people are sane some of the time, but not all of the people are sane all of the time.

If all of the people were sane all of the time, then anarchy, as a stateless non-government, would work.

If a society exists where most of the people are sane most of the time, then a democracy or lottocracy (random selection of representatives from a pool of volunteers), would be desirable.

If a society exists where most of the people are only sane some of the time, we are going on a roller coaster ride which will probably end badly.

We live in a society where some of the people are crazy all of the time, but not all of the people are crazy all of the time. We elect the best liar out of all the lawyers that run for a given office. We have a constitutional government which keeps the insanity from fluctuating too rapidly. Long term survival of our species is dubious.

I hope that the schools can start producing people that are societally sane. In other words, people need to how learn to think not just for the good of themselves, but for the good of society. This doesn’t mean that we have to be uniform in our distribution of wealth and power, but it does mean that wealth and power shouldn’t be distributed entirely to those that want only for themselves. We need a new breed of individual that can think about what is best for society while differentiating between the sane, the producers, the intelligent and those that want the government to support and teach their over-production of children.

Apathy is a Silent Killer

Is it ignorance or apathy? Hey, I don’t know and I don’t care.
Jimmy Buffett

We may have found a cure for most evils; but we have found no remedy for the worst of them all, the apathy of human beings.
Helen Keller

I have a very strong feeling that the opposite of love is not hate – it’s apathy. It’s not giving a damn.
Leo Buscaglia

The death of democracy is not likely to be an assassination from ambush. It will be a slow extinction from apathy, indifference, and undernourishment.
Robert M. Hutchins

The tyranny of a prince in an oligarchy is not so dangerous to the public welfare as the apathy of a citizen in a democracy.
Charles de Montesquieu

It is often when night looks darkest, it is often before the fever breaks that one senses the gathering momentum for change, when one feels that resurrection of hope in the midst of despair and apathy.
Hillary Clinton

Willpower is the key to success. Successful people strive no matter what they feel by applying their will to overcome apathy, doubt or fear.
Dan Millman

Apathy can be overcome by enthusiasm, and enthusiasm can only be aroused by two things: first, an ideal, with takes the imagination by storm, and second, a definite intelligible plan for carrying that ideal into practice.
Arnold J. Toynbee

Apathy is generated by repeatedly trying to petition an apathetic government to change.  Government is bought, not persuaded.  However, a laser is merely light that is focused and in phase.  It is powerful.  Let a few people get focused and in phase and Washington will feel their power.  They will be persuasive with force and power.

Not This Government!

Plutocracy & Aristocracy

I would prefer to have a choice in government.   Our current government gives us the choice between a representative plutocracy of millionaires and billionaires and a representative aristocracy of lawyers and high government officials.  You may recognize the republican party as the representative plutocracy of millionaires and billionaires.  You may recognize the democratic party as a representative aristocracy of lawyers and high government officials.  The present government is apparently favored by the rich and those in power.

This group should pay income taxes, sales taxes and property taxes.  They should pay no social security taxes.  Their contribution to social security taxes is currently zero on 99% of their income anyway.  Why give them credit for something they don’t really contribute to?

True Democracy:

College graduates would be better off in a true democracy or a lottocracy where the representatives would be drawn randomly from a pool of volunteers all of which are college graduates.  The only taxes they should pay would be the social security tax, sales taxes and property taxes.  They should pay no income tax.

Socialism:

The poor and the disillusioned would be better off in a socialistic & representative democracy.  They would probably like our current government, but this new socialism would create more jobs and more wealth for them.   It would, in a way, be a big union.  The only taxes they should pay would be the social security tax, sales taxes and property taxes.  They should pay no income tax.

Picking the government:

We should have our choice of living in a state that endorses the government we like.  We would ‘vote’, in part, by moving to the state with the government we like.
