Nearly 30 years ago...
…I stumbled upon the Enneagram and it changed my life.
Through my own personal and professional development, and my work coaching teams and executives over many years, I’ve experienced first-hand, the transformative power of the Enneagram.
Clients were asking me for an Enneagram book that applied to the business world.
During the fallout of the 2008 crisis, I took a time out on the island of Mallorca and wrote that book. While sitting in a citrus orchard, my fingers hit the keyboard and they couldn’t stop. I was a woman possessed; compelled to share what I had learned with others.
It was a few years in the making, but in 2012 InsideOut Enneagram: The Game-Changing Guide for Leaders and the Enneagram Typing Cards were published.

Six years ago, I began working with founders of social impact start-ups from around the world, who just happen to be extraordinary young women leaders. More recently, I began coaching founders of start-ups making an impact on climate change. Both are now the focus of my work through Wendy Appel — The Enneagram Source.
